Total Body Fit

This is a 45-minute, metabolic conditioning class that is designed to ignite your metabolism and keep your body benefiting long after the class is over. Class is a series of Tri-Sets, (3) 30 second intervals, followed by a brief rest. Each interval focuses on strength training, moderate cardio, balance and isometric work, that will work your entire body - nothing is left out in this workout!

Modifications are always offered to give you the amount of challenge that's right for you. All skills, ages and abilities are welcome.
