TRX Circuit

Class consists of 8 stations: Arms, Legs, Core, Balance/Stability, Isometric, Speed/Agility & 2 Wild Card stations with Cardio bursts blended in between each station.

A perfect blend of high intensity cardio intervals paired with total body strength and conditioning circuits. Great for all skill levels. We use a variety of equipment (TRX, Sandbags, weights, Bosu balls) to provide you with a fun and challenging circuit that gets the heart rate going and the muscles pumping.

Class is held in our TRX Zone workout area, and is limited to 16 participants.
