TRX Sculpt is held in our open-air TRX zone and is limited to 10 participants, unless you bring your own TRX straps.
This class is a hybrid stability flow class that blends body weight resistance training (TRX) with short cardio bursts into one 45-minute class. This is a total body workout that uses TRX straps and cardio bursts to maximize your muscle toning, core strengthening, and calorie-burning results.
Class is open to all skill levels. If you have your own TRX straps please plan to bring them.
